Our Design Process is simple! You can design your own apparels/products within our Product Designer tab, upload your own artwork and submit an order. Or you can simply contact us with your artwork, apparel/product information and we will put together a customized Quote for you. We are always here to assist with every step of the way!

Every order, whether placed via one of our online stores, product designer or personally through us has a production timeframe of 15 Business Days from the day payment is received. Store orders/Product designer orders receive a confirmation email with a projected completion date, once your order is done, then you will receive a Completion Notifiction for your order. Our B2B orders through us comprises of a Quote, once this is approved, then a payment request will be sent. After payment is received, you will be notified via email or text where your order is at in the production process and when it is completed.

We truly pride ourselves on being there for the small orders, but don’t worry, we have the capacity and drive for large orders as well! Our unique set-up allows us to price orders accordingly, that means you aren’t stuck paying obscene prices for garment orders under 10 units and this also factors in for the larger quantity orders with price breaks!

Custom orders, regardless of the quantity are not subject to Exchanges or Returns, but we always request that you reach out to us to discuss this matter. This, however, does not mean that we don’t take care of our customers though! Anytime there is a defective item, miss-printed or incorrectly decorated item, we encourage you to reach out to us so that we can make it right. Every order is quality checked 2 – 3 times before, during and after production to ensure that details and designs are properly accounted for!

Under specific circumstances, we can accept Garments, but we request that they be brought to us for review. Any garments that are dirty, dingy, or damaged could cause issues with our machines and thus we must see these items before accepting them. There is also a Customer Supplied Garment Waiver that must be signed, it is good for the current Calendar Year, and there is a Fee that is added onto the Invoice as well. Products are not accepted though, these items are not necessarily the easiest to determine if they are compatible with our various areas of decoration and thus can cause damage to our machines or the product itself.
